Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refinox Car Wash – Jeddah
1. Booking Confirmation
All services at Refinox Car Wash are offered through pre-scheduled time slots.
A booking is confirmed only after successful online payment and receipt of confirmation via SMS/WhatsApp.
2. Cancellation by Customer
Customers may cancel their booking up to 1 hour before the scheduled time.
If cancelled within the allowed time:
- The full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours depending on the bank/payment provider.
3. Late Arrival / No-Show
To ensure smooth operations:
- Customers must arrive at least 5 minutes before the booked slot.
- A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed.
- After this time, the booking is automatically cancelled and marked as a No-Show.
In such cases, the amount may not be refundable, as the service slot was reserved and blocked.
Repeated no-shows (5 consecutive missed bookings) may result in temporary suspension of booking privileges.
4. Rescheduling by Refinox
Refinox Car Wash reserves the right to reschedule bookings due to:
- Equipment or technical issues
- Weather conditions
- Operational constraints or high demand
In such cases, customers may:
- Accept a new time slot, or
- Request a full refund.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds:
- Are issued only to the original payment method.
- Cannot be transferred to another account.
- May take 3–7 working days to reflect depending on the customer’s bank/payment provider.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be applicable where:
- Customer fails to arrive within the allowed grace period.
- Incorrect booking details were entered by the customer.
- Service refusal due to vehicle condition unsuitable for washing.

2. Booking Process
To secure a service appointment, customers must:
- Select the desired service.
- Choose an available time slot.
- Provide accurate contact and vehicle details.
- Complete advance online payment.
A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation notification.
3. Time Slot Policy
- Each appointment is allocated a 20-minute service slot.
- Customers must arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
- A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed for late arrival.
Failure to arrive within this period may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
4. Payments
- Advance online payment is mandatory to confirm all bookings.
- Payments are processed securely through certified Saudi payment gateways.
- Refinox does not store or access customer card details.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Customers may cancel bookings at least 1 hour before the scheduled time to receive a full refund.
Refunds:
- Are issued to the original payment method.

Missed appointments or late arrivals beyond the grace period may not qualify for refunds.

9. Booking Restrictions
Repeated no-shows or misuse of the booking system may result in temporary suspension of booking privileges.

Unauthorized reproduction or misuse is prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
